What we offer

Lantern Trips provides personalized travel guides delivered as digital documents to your email. Each guide is created based on the information you provide through our intake form.

Orders and payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.
  • An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Delivery

  • Guides are delivered to the email address you provide, typically within 24-48 hours of payment.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer for complex requests.
  • If you do not receive your guide within 72 hours, contact us and we will resolve it.

What you get

  • One custom travel guide for one destination, up to 7 days.
  • The guide is for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
  • Recommendations are based on research and curation, but we do not guarantee availability of specific venues, restaurants, or experiences.

Refunds

  • Since each guide is custom-made, we generally cannot offer refunds once work has begun.
  • If your guide has not yet been started, you may request a full refund.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your guide, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days, provided that delivery has not yet started with your express consent.

Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date recommendations. However, travel information changes frequently. We are not liable for closures, price changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Always verify critical details before your trip.

Limitation of liability

Lantern Trips provides travel recommendations only. We do not book travel, accommodation, or experiences on your behalf. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or inconvenience arising from the use of our guides.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
